Announcements:

-April 26, Herb planters with Vickie and Debbie.  This walk-in program will be offered from 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. on a first come first serve basis.

-April 27, Gentle Chair Yoga will be offered at 7:30 a.m. in the community room.  We hope to see you there! (Disclaimer: This class is offered to promote health and wellness to interested individuals and is not intended to, nor does it encourage any form of religious practice.)

 -April 27, The Cumberland County Public Library will be offering the Walk Across Kentucky Finale to students in grades 4-6 at the Cumberland County Elementary School.  

-April 28, “Mums and Babies Learning Together” will be offered by Mrs. Di Hayward of the Cumberland County Extension Office and Miss Mandi Wheat at 1:00 p.m. in the Community Room.  This class is open to all mothers with babies who would like to learn more about nutrition and teaching healthy habits to their children.

-May 1, Please turn in your summer reading registration forms by May 1!  This helps us to prepare for everyone so that we can offer the best experience possible!  Drop-ins are always welcome, but pre-registration helps to guarantee that we will have enough food and supplies for everyone. Thank you!

-May 25, Summer Reading Kickoff with the Kentucky Science Center at 11:00 a.m.!! We are so happy to announce that in addition to all of the exciting programs and activities, we have also partnered with the Cumberland County Board of Education to offer free lunch for all children who participate in the Cumberland County Public Library summer reading activities!
