-Story hour will be held Wednesday, March 15 this week! We will look at the letter "J"!

- March 21, Are you a writer or do you enjoy writing?  If you are a teen, young adult, or adult interested in creative writing and would like the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals to discuss your craft and share ideas with, then join us Tuesday March 21 at 4:00 p.m. for an open forum to discuss the creation of a local writer’s guild hosted by the Cumberland County Public Library.  We hope to see you there!

-March 22, The Extension Office will be offering a seed exchange for anyone who would like to drop in and exchange seeds.  For more information, contact Chelsea Anderson at (270) 433-7700.

-March 30, The Cumberland County Public Library, in collaboration with the Cumberland County Extension Office, will be making Fairy Gardens at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, March 30.  Please register for this event at the library as space is limited! (This event is now full.)

-April 6, The Cumberland County Public Library, in collaboration with the Cumberland County Extension Office will begin offering a FREE Gentle (Chair) Yoga class for anyone who would like to participate.  This class is effective for stress relief and relaxation.  Likewise, yoga has been shown to be beneficial to those with various ailments associated with the bones and joints. Class begins at 7:30 a.m. in the community room and will be led by Mrs. Debbie Messenger.  The class is once a week and lasts approximately 1 hour.  Please sign up at the front desk in the library if you are interested! Drop-ins are also welcome!
